Refund policy

1. Overview

We offer a 30-day return policy. You may request a return within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.


2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • Sale items or gift cards

  • Custom or personalized products

If you're unsure whether your item is returnable, feel free to contact us before making a request.

🚫2.2. Orders Not Eligible for Return, Refund, or Exchange

Please note that orders are not eligible for return or refund if the package was not delivered due to buyer-related reasons, including but not limited to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address

  • Invalid or missing recipient details

  • Refusal to accept the package without valid reason

  • Failure to collect the package from a local delivery point or customs

  • No one available to receive the package during delivery, and no alternative arrangement made

These issues are considered outside of the seller's responsibility. Refunds or replacements will not be issued in such cases.

If you believe your package is missing, please contact us first. We will do our best to assist you in locating the shipment, in accordance with our Shipping Policy.

📦2.3. Lost Packages During Return

  • If your return package is lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the buyer, we are not responsible, and no refund will be issued.

  • If the item is confirmed lost due to a carrier error, we will assist in filing a claim and offer a solution based on the outcome.

  • Return requests must not be used as a substitute for resolving delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses, uncollected packages, or refusal to accept delivery.

3. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at store@hkyongnuo.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide:

Note: Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at store@hkyongnuo.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.


5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. The fastest way to receive a new item is to:

  1. Return the original item

  2. Place a new order after the return is approved


6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may require additional time to process the refund.


7. Return Shipping Costs

  • Due to Seller Error (e.g., wrong item, damage, or quality issues): We will cover return shipping costs.

  • Due to Customer Preference (e.g., no longer want the item): You are responsible for return shipping. We do not support cash-on-delivery returns.


8. Customs Duties on Returns

  • Due to Seller Error: We will cover any customs duties incurred during the return process.

  • Due to Customer Preference: You may be responsible for customs duties. If we must pay these fees to accept the return, the amount will be deducted from your refund. We will confirm the exact charges with you before processing.


9. International Orders

This return policy applies to both domestic and international orders. However, shipping times and customs procedures may vary by region. Please contact us for region-specific return guidance if needed.
